Responsibilities
- Design and develop high‐quality, learner‐centered learning experiences for external audiences, aligned to defined learning objectives, experience frameworks, and curriculum standards
- Execute externally focused learning strategy, producing instructional designs, storyboards, scripts, slide decks, facilitator guides, participant materials,
and supporting assets
- Develop digital, blended, and instructor‐led learning experiences intended for clients, partners, and ecosystem participants, using established templates, tools, and design standards
- Leverage AI‐enabled tools to accelerate the creation of draft learning designs, storyboards, scripts, and content outlines, applying instructional expertise to validate, refine, and finalize outputs
- Apply sound instructional and learning experience design judgment to ensure AI‐assisted outputs meet learning objectives, qualified audience expectations
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help shape complex, technical, or domain‐specific content into effective learning experiences for external learners
- Support ongoing curriculum maintenance, enhancements, and revisions across an existing portfolio of externally delivered learning assets
