Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and communication.

- Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer.

- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate tracking spreadsheets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-IT recruitment.

- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques (job boards, social media).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
