Role: Freelance Urban Planner

Responsibilities

- Lead urban development project
- To prepare master plan/development plan for various schemes
- Coordination with authorities and various stakeholders
- To guide a team of professionals
- Finalise reportds, presentations etc.

Qualifications Experience

- Bachelor degree in architecture and Masters degree in Urban Planning/Urban design
- Minimum 25 plus years experience in the field of urban planning/development
- Have worked in the senior position as a team leader/project director/Head for significant urban planning assignments
- Must have worked in large infrastructure development projects - SEZs, large development projects etc.
- Experience of dealing with various stakeholders, teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive presentation skills etc
- Experience of working with multiple lateral agencies or consulting companies preferable
