Roles & Responsibilities Zonal Head, Karnataka (Gold Lending)
* Drive business growth and achieve Gold Loan disbursement targets for the Karnataka zone.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
* Oversee branch operations and ensure operational excellence across the zone.
* Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Branch Heads and sales teams.
* Monitor portfolio quality, risk parameters, and regulatory/company compliance.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and key stakeholders.
* Track sales performance and conduct regular business reviews and MIS reporting.
* Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve regional performance.
* Ensure achievement of branch-wise and zonal targets through effective team management.
* Lead high-performing teams and drive a target-oriented, growth-focused culture.
