Apprentices will support ongoing projects, learn how data drives business decisions, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer and business outcomes.

The role may support teams across Marketing Analytics, Product & Membership Analytics, and Control Management within USCS in India.

Responsibilities

- Develop an understanding of the American Express business, products, and customer journey.
- Learn to analyze business and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support the team in monitoring risks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and solving business problems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and business recommendations.
- Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve productivity, research, analysis, and content creation.
- Collaborate with team members on analytics, process improvement, and business projects.




- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline with robust academic performance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar LLM-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
- Prior academic projects, certifications, or coursework in analytics, AI, data science, or business analysis
