Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our learning and development team. In this role, you will act as a learning content architect, responsible for designing high-quality, engaging, and effective online and mobile learning programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful instructional content across diverse learning formats and subjects.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse client requirements and design custom learning strategies aligned with learning objectives
- Design and develop Level-2, Level-3, and Level-4 instructional content for diverse audiences
- Create detailed course outlines, instructional strategies, and storyboards for ILT, WBT, and blended formats
- Develop content for technical, functional, and soft sklls training across K-10, K-12, and corporate education sectors
- Identify content gaps, conduct research, and collaborate with clients to gather required information
- Apply instructional design models, strategies, and best practices to create engaging learning materials
- Script videos, animations, interactive elements, and simulations for eLearning modules
- Collaborate with developers, graphic designers, and animators to ensure smooth content integration
- Review and refine content during design and development phases to maintain instructional quality
- Revise content and storyboards based on internal and client feedback
- Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality deliverables
- Stay current with emerging trends in instructional design, eLearning tools, and industry standards
- Ensure compliance with eLearning standards like SCORM, AICC, and accessibility guidelines (e.g., Section 503)
- Proficient in using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, etc.

Qualifications Experience:
- Any graduate or post-graduate degree (specialization in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields is a plus)
- 0 -2 years of relevant experience in instructional design or eLearning content development
- Experience in managing instructional design projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning design standards
