- Lead merger and acquisition activities for the company, ensuring successful deal execution and integration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth through M&A;, leveraging expertise in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management) regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential targets, conduct due diligence, and negotiate deals.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) guidelines during all stages of the M&A; process.
Job Requirements :
- 8-25 years of experience in finance, preferably in investment banking or private equity firm.
- Solid understanding of FEMA regulations and their application in M&A; transactions.
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
