Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Integration Specialist Consultant to design, develop, administer, and support integration solutions using IBM web Methods, Universal Messaging, and API Management. The role involves working across integration platforms, supporting enterprise integrations, ensuring reliable data flow, and contributing to platform development, maintenance, and administration.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

- Design and build services for metadata management, data classification, and data lineage.
- Develop policy-as-code frameworks for automated and fine-grained data access control.
- Enable data discoveryand enrichment throughstandardized metadata and ownership.
- Build integrations acrossstreaming platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Implement automated workflowsfor data access,auditability, and compliance.
- Integrate data qualityand observability signalsinto governance systems.
- Develop APIs and self-service capabilities to improve developerand user experience.




- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver governed and compliant data solutions.
- Drive cross-platform integrations with a focus on scalability, reliability, and usability.
- Support automation and platform capabilities beyond one-off data pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- BE, BTech, MTech, or MCA qualification.
- 6-12 years of experience in software engineering and backend development.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in distributed systems,APIs, and data modeling.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and/orGo Lang.
- Experience building scalablebackend systems.
- Solid experience with data pipelines and data platforms.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, data lakes, or data warehouses.
- Experience with data governance, metadata,and data lineageconcepts.
- Understanding of accesscontrol models such as RBAC/ABAC and security best practices.
- Experience building automation and platform capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skillswith a focus on scalability, reliability, and usability.
- Experience with SQL and APIs.

- Experience with data discovery and metadata management platforms.
