We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineer - Mounting Operation to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the mounting operations of our concrete machinery, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve productivity and is responsible for Material Inward inspection, Mixer Mounting Operation, Pre delivery inspection for FBV.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Mixer Mounting operation and Materials inward and Pre-delivery inspection of Fully Built Vehicles.
2. Verifying incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods against blueprint engineering drawings. Supervising the calibration, maintenance,
3. Creating transparent, visual inspection check sheets and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly line operators.
4.



Isolating non-conforming parts immediately to prevent defective inventory from moving down the line or shipping to clients.
5. Running cross-functional teams to investigate assembly line failures using tools like 8D reports or Fishbone diagrams.
6. Implementing physical design or process modifications to ensure identified production errors never happen again.
7. Monitoring production stability by analyzing real-time data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) metrics.
8. Reviewing third-party part manufacturers to ensure their raw components match internal engineering requirements.
9. Managing the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation to validate tooling
10. Responsible for SSIPL Materials & Stock at the location.
