Job Description CNC Operator (Fresher)

Position: CNC Operator – Fresher
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Year
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC Turning machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Perform loading, unloading and component inspection.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Maintain quality and production standards.
- Follow machine safety and 5S practices.
- Support senior operators in machine setup and tool changes.
- Maintain basic production and inspection records.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of CNC operations.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Positive learning attitude and discipline.
- Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification can apply.

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month
