We are actively hiring for Procurement Specialist!!!

Location - Thane

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Please Note: While this is a 5-day working role, the selected candidate may be required to work on weekends based on business-critical requirements and should be flexible to support such needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end process from PR to PO.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for direct and indirect procurement requirements.
- Review quotations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and delivery of goods/services.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and Vendor Risk Assessments.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Procurement Specialist Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Procure-to-Pay Operations.
- Experience managing end-to-end P2P processes.
- Experience in Direct and/or Indirect Procurement environments.
- Knowledge of sourcing, supplier selection, contract management, and supplier performance management.
- Experience conducting Vendor Risk Assessments and supplier evaluations.
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance requirements, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing methodologies is preferred.
