Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver retail training programs to enhance sales performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills for employees.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for retail operations, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Conduct on-the-job training sessions to coach employees on new processes, products, and services.
- Analyze training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Robust understanding of learning and development principles, including adult learning theory.
- Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for effective communication.
- Experience with OJT (On-the-Job Training) methodologies.
