Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Consultant to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Workfront administration, workflow automation, REST API integrations, webhooks, JSON, and third-party SaaS integrations.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Workfront administrators, and technical teams to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain automation scenarios using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
- Build integrations between Adobe Workfront and third-party applications using REST APIs, webhooks, connectors, and custom integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable automation solutions.
- Configure and administer Adobe Workfront objects, workflows, custom forms, templates, users, and permissions.
- Develop data mappings and transformations using JSON and other integration formats.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fusion scenarios for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and monitoring within Fusion scenarios.
- Work with stakeholders to identify manual processes that can be automated.
- Collaborate with Workfront administrators, developers, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Maintain technical documentation,



integration specifications, and workflow documentation.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to internal teams.
- Follow integration, security, governance, and development best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Workfront configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication, and webhooks.
- Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Fusion modules, routers, filters, iterators, aggregators, variables, and error handling.
- Experience with SaaS and enterprise application integrations.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, SAP, Slack, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data transformation and integration patterns.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, API keys, JWT, and other API authentication mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Workfront APIs and custom API integrations.
- Experience with complex multi-system integration architectures.




- Knowledge of enterprise workflow automation and integration governance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and integration performance optimization.
