About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead Full Stack to drive the design, development, and architectural scaling of our web platforms. This is a hybrid leadership role featuring a 50/50 balance between writing high-quality production code and leading/mentoring an engineering team.

You will own technical delivery across our frontend (Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (PHP/Symfony, Nest.js) applications, enforce engineering best practices, and guide developers through daily sprint goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on Engineering: Architect, write, test, and maintain clean, scalable, and secure code across frontend and backend services.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and unblock a cross-functional team of developers through technical guidance, 1-on-1s, and knowledge sharing.
- Architecture & System Design: Own end-to-end system architecture, database schema design, and microservices integration across PHP and Node.js ecosystems.
- Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Establish coding standards, conduct thorough pull request reviews, and enforce unit testing and security practices.
- Agile Delivery: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints, sprint estimations, and timely releases.
- DevOps & Deployments: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, and ensure zero-downtime production deployments.

Eligibility & Experience Requirements

- Total Experience:



9+ years in full-stack web application development.
- Mandatory Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ year of proven experience in a Team Lead / Tech Lead role directly managing sprint tasks, code reviews, and mentoring developers.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related technical disciplines.

Technical Skill Requirements

Backend Technologies (Must Have):

- Strong proficiency in PHP (7.x / 8.x) and enterprise MVC frameworks, with hands-on experience in Symfony (or strong Laravel/Laminas experience with quick adaptability).
- Production experience building backend APIs, services, or microservices with Nest.js or Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in RESTful API architecture, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and third-party integrations.

Frontend Technologies (Must Have):

- Production expertise in Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid foundation in modern JavaScript (ES6+), state management, responsive UI design, and web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals).

Databases & DevOps (Must Have):

- Deep expertise in relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), including complex query optimization, indexing, and schema design.
- Working experience with modern ORMs (Doctrine, Prisma, or TypeORM).
- Hands-on familiarity with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipeline automation (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins).
- Strong command of Git branching workflows.

Good-to-Have / Bonus Skills:

- Exposure to VOIP, SIP protocols, Asterisk, or Kamailio.
- Experience with caching and messaging brokers (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
