Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company's IT services and consulting operations.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and fundraising strategies to ensure adequate capitalization of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and partners to secure financing opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate risk.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in finance leadership roles within an IT services or consulting firm.
- Robust background in CFO/Treasury functions such as fund raising, treasury management, and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions and negotiations.
