Position: Estimation Engineer Electrical Panel

Department: Design & Estimation

Reporting To: Project Manager / Head Engineering

Location: Surat

Key Responsibilities:

- Electrical Panel projects ke liye detailed cost estimation aur BOQ banana
- LT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC Panels ke estimations prepare karna
- Client drawings, SLD, GA drawings aur specifications study karna
- Material take-off (MTO) aur costing prepare karna
- Electrical components pricing, vendor quotations aur rate analysis
- Tender documents, RFQ aur techno-commercial queries handle karna
- Design, Purchase aur Sales team ke saath coordination
- Project cost comparison aur profitability analysis
- Revision & variation costing handle karna
- Management ko estimation reports aur cost summary dena

Required Technical Knowledge:

- Electrical Panels ka solid knowledge
- LT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD Panels ka hands-on understanding
- Components: ACB, MCCB, MCB,



Contactors, Relays, VFD, Capacitors
- IS Standards, safety norms & electrical regulations
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical & calculation skills
- Costing & estimation accuracy
- MS Excel (advanced), Word, Email
- Time management & attention to detail
- Inter-department coordination

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech Electrical Engineering

Experience:

- 25 years experience in Electrical Panel Estimation
- Panel manufacturing industry experience preferred

- Accuracy of estimation
- Timely submission of quotations
- Cost optimization & margin control
- Support to sales & project execution
