Role Summary

Responsible for reviewing and governing complex Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders, and Change Requests to ensure contractual compliance, commercial viability, and risk mitigation. Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams to support high-value IT services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze complex SOWs, Work Orders, Amendments, and Change Requests.
- Ensure alignment with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and company policies.
- Identify legal, commercial, operational, and delivery risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Review scope, deliverables, SLAs, milestones, pricing, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide contractual guidance to business stakeholders during deal reviews and negotiations.
- Support governance,



compliance, and contract lifecycle management processes.
- Develop and maintain SOW review standards, templates, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in reviewing complex IT services contracts and SOWs.
- Knowledge of contract law, risk management, and commercial contracting.
- Understanding of IT services, managed services, cloud, digital transformation, and outsourcing engagements.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
