ROLES RESPONSIBILITES: -
1. Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate for the space.
2. Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors design works which are key and essential for a quality execution of interiors.
3. Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior construction, materials, finishes, lighting, and finishing.
4. Selecting materials and labor.
5. Bills of materials and quantity to be made as per the designs approved.
6. Responsible for costing and budget of the project.
7. Inspecting and supervising the work, to ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines are met.
8. Preparation of weekly bar chart and supervision of the work progress as planned.
9. Should be able to manage and execute the interior projects.
10. Produce sample and mood products board.
11. Planning and execution of MEP works.
12.



To set schedule for flow of requisite materials in consultation with purchase team and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.

Job Expectations:

PREREQUISITES: -
Should be qualified in interior designing, well versed with co-ordination, technical drawings, concept design, design reviews, milestones follow up on projects deliverable vendor management.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Degree from a reputed institute. Minimum Job Experience: Work experience of 2-3 years and above. Reporting to: HOD / CMD Travel: Yes
