M.Tech in Computer Science/IT | Freshers welcome, or 2-5 years' experience

The Assistant Professor of CSE will design and deliver curriculum coursework, mentor undergraduate (B.Tech) and postgraduate (M.Tech/MCA) students, and establish active pipelines for technical research. The ideal candidate balances academic teaching with structural industry knowledge to prepare students for modern software engineering careers.

Key Responsibilities- Academic & Teaching Duties:

- Deliver Lectures: Conduct high-quality classroom teaching across foundational and core CSE tracks (e.g., Data Structures, DBMS, Java, OS, Analysis of Algorithms).
- Curriculum Design:



Collaborate on updating syllabi to align with changing engineering trends and AICTE/UGC standards.
- Lab Mentorship: Direct practical laboratory sessions, code debugging workflows, and internal capstone projects.
- Assessment Management: Set examination papers, evaluate technical scripts, and maintain students' continuous evaluation metrics.
- Grants & Projects: Draft and submit funding proposals to external bodies (like DST, AICTE, or private tech partners).
- IPR Generation: Pursue patents or copyrights based on innovative computing software or systems architectures.

Administrative & Student Welfare

- Student Mentorship: Act as a class counselor or mentor to support academic growth, career planning, and placement prep.
- Accreditation Support: Gather and compile critical documentation for institutional auditing bodies like NBA, NAAC, and NIRF.
- Event Coordination: Organise student hackathons, institutional tech fests, guest lecture circuits, and technical workshops.
