- Ensure smooth operation of hospital facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and patient care services.
- Patient Counseling, Doctor Coordination, Billing, Discounts, Extra Mile Services for VIP & VVIP.
- Daily MIS reporting to COO.
- Oversee daily activities of various departments such as OPD, IPD, NICU, ICCU, Operation Theater (OT), Pharmacy, Laboratory & Radiology.
- Coordinate with doctors and other medical staff to ensure productive patient flow and quality treatment.
- Manage inventory management for medical supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of hospital operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
