Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, research-oriented, and proactive Business Development Analyst to support deal sourcing, market research, CRM management, contact intelligence, and investor/business development activities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting detailed property and market research, identifying off-market opportunities, verifying ownership and contact information, maintaining high-quality CRM data, and preparing professional reports and presentation materials. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with research and CRM tools are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Analytical Responsibilities

- Deal Sourcing Market Identification
- Conduct target-market research based on defined acquisition criteria, including:

CRM Database Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for investors, brokers, lenders, tenants, property owners, advisors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Review CRM records regularly for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Contact Verification Data Quality

- Conduct active phone verification to confirm office numbers, ownership contacts,



and other key information.
- Verify contact and company information against approved internal and external sources.
- Identify outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete records and make appropriate corrections.
- Research Contact Intelligence
- Conduct detailed research on key contacts, companies, investors, property owners, and business relationships.
- Prepare professional biographies and background summaries for important contacts using approved internal and external research sources.
- Build and maintain organized reference lists across key

Reporting Presentation Support

- Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, investor presentations, and investment updates.
- Assist with updates on current and prospective investments.
- Draft, edit, and review professional emails, reports, summaries, memos, and other business correspondence.
- Prepare weekly reports and recurring business development updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support quarterly and annual reporting processes through data gathering, analysis, document organization, and internal coordination.
- Maintain organized files and supporting documentation for presentations, reports, and investor communications.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, real estate, acquisitions, investment research,



sales operations, CRM management, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to locate, evaluate, and verify information from multiple sources.
- Experience with CRM systems and maintaining large databases.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable conducting professional phone calls and information verification.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience with real estate, private equity, investment management, land acquisition, or investor relations is a strong plus.

You must have:

Willingness to work in Night shifts

Hands-on expertise in support deal sourcing, market research, CRM management, contact intelligence, and investor/business development activities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision

Experience leading system rollouts, trainings, and process adoption
