Associate / Senior Associate

2-5 years of experience in U.S. healthcare RCM, preferably in provider contract review, pricing, or revenue integrity

Strong understanding of provider contracts, fee schedules, reimbursement methodologies (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)

Ability to analyze contract terms, amendments, and payment logic with high attention to detail

Experience in data configuration / contract loading into systems used for claims pricing or underpayment identification

Positive knowledge of EOB/ERA interpretation and claim adjudication workflows

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify variances between expected vs. actual payments

Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data validation, basic analysis) and ability to handle structured datasets





Familiarity with healthcare systems/tools (e.g., contract management, RCM platforms, payer systems)

Strong documentation and process adherence skills with focus on accuracy and audit readiness

Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clarify contract-related queries
