Job Description

Our client, a leading global organization specializing in energy management and automation solutions, is looking to hire a Consultant - Senior Mechanical Lead to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Should Cost Analysis, Cost Benchmarking and Reverse Engineering projects.
- Analyse moulding, stamping, casting, machining, forging and surface treatment processes.
- Develop cost models covering materials, processes, tooling, labour and overheads.
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering and process improvement initiatives using Kaizen/WAVE methodologies.
- Lead small teams and manage global client/stakeholder relationships.
- Work with machine shops, tool rooms, production facilities and assembly lines.
- Present benchmarking findings and cost-saving recommendations to senior leadership.

NOTE:

Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Location: Bangalore
