Hiring Customer Support Executive, International Chat Process (E-commerce Platform)
Any grad. or undergrad with 01 year of international voice or chat (seller support) experience can apply.
5.5 days a week working
Both-side cab provided
Salary - up to Rs.32000 CTC
Job Responsibilities -
Handle customer queries through international chats.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery, returns, and other issues
Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets
