Role & responsibilities

Deep expertise in IBM Product Master (IBM MDM Product Master).
Proven experience delivering platform upgrades on IBM Product Master.
Strong software engineering capability (mapped internally to Software Engineer, Grade E).
Experience implementing changes within complex enterprise MDM environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IBM Product Master technical issues.
Experience supporting build, testing, deployment and post-release activities.
Robust stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

Highly Desirable:
Experience within large-scale banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and data governance principles.
Experience working across multiple delivery streams and large transformation programmes.
Ability to coach and mentor engineering teams and transfer specialist knowledge.
Understanding of cross-platform integrations and migration activities.
