About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join our team. The role will primarily focus on Direct Tax and GST compliance, with exposure to financial reporting, accounting processes, and tax-related advisory matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic qualified services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Tax Compliance

- Preparation and review of corporate income tax computations.

- Preparation and filing of income tax returns for corporate entities.

- Ensuring timely compliance with advance tax, TDS/TCS, and other direct tax obligations.

- Assisting in tax assessments, audits, notices, and litigation support.

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external consultants on tax compliance matters.

- Tracking changes in tax laws and evaluating their impact on business operations.

- Managing tax reconciliations and supporting tax provisioning requirements.

GST Compliance

- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.

- Reconciliation of GST returns with financial records and books of accounts.

- Ensuring compliance with GST regulations, including input tax credit (ITC) management.

- Assisting in GST audits, assessments, departmental notices, and documentation.

- Reviewing vendor and customer GST compliances to mitigate tax risks.





- Supporting GST-related advisory projects and implementation initiatives.

- Monitoring changes in indirect tax regulations and ensuring timely implementation.

Finance Accounting Support

- Understanding and reviewing accounting entries from a tax perspective.

- Assisting in financial statement analysis and account reconciliations.

- Supporting statutory audit and internal audit requirements related to tax matters.

- Coordinating with finance teams to ensure accuracy of tax-related financial reporting.

- Working with ERP systems and financial data to analyze compliance and reporting requirements.

Required Skills Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 2-4 years of experience in Direct Tax and GST compliance.

- Strong understanding of Indian Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and related compliances.

- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting principles.

- Experience in handling tax audits, assessments, and notices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
