ABOUT THE RO L E

IMAST is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to power our Sales and Pre-Sales teams with high- quality, structured business intelligence. You will research markets, extract and refine targeted company data, manage our HubSpot CRM database, and ensure our sales pipeline is always fed with accurate, actionable leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research industry-specific and region-specific business opportunities and target companies

Extract and refine company and contact data from directories, platforms, and research tools

Upload, organise, and maintain targeted data within HubSpot CRM

Identify key decision-makers and potential leads aligned to sales targets

Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, tagging, and regular database updates

Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with structured data for outreach campaigns





Perform regular data validation and cleansing to maintain CRM health

Generate business intelligence reports and insights for management

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

Robust research, analytical, and data management skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot is a strong plus
Understanding of B2B lead research and sales intelligence

Ability to structure and analyse large business datasets
High attention to detail, accuracy, and data hygiene

ELIGIBILITY

Experience 0-1 years in data research, CRM management, or sales support
