We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Transformation skilled to lead the transformation of Non-Product Material (NPM) Procurement and support the development of a scalable Target Operating Model (TOM).

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive NPM procurement transformation initiatives across multiple locations
• Establish procurement governance, transparency, and reporting frameworks
• Analyze procurement spend, supplier landscape, and processes to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop procurement operating models, organization structures, and transformation roadmaps
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across sites, functions, and global/regional teams




• Support the establishment and scaling of procurement hubs / shared service organizations
• Drive standardization, process improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives

Ideal Candidate:
• Masters degree in MBA / Supply Chain / Procurement / Engineering or related field
• Strong experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Procurement Transformation
• Experience in spend management, supplier management, governance, and organizational design
• Experience with Shared Service Centers / GBS / Procurement Hubs
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, project management, and change management skills
• Hands-on experience with SAP / Microsoft Dynamics NAV / JDE is preferred
• Experience in global manufacturing or industrial organizations will be an advantage
