Role & responsibilities:

- Monitor daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with EHS standards
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at site
- Ensure proper usage of PPE by workforce and staff
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training programs regularly
- Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and incident documentation
- Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with project/site teams for safe work execution
- Handle emergency preparedness and fire safety measures
- Ensure compliance with statutory and client safety requirements

Preferred candidate profile :

- Experience in construction / industrial projects
- Positive knowledge of EHS standards and safety procedures
- Experience in handling site safety documentation and audits
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle manpower and contractor safety activities
- NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS certified candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
