- Timely follow up with the clients.
- Tracking religiously in first week of every month.
- Driving Bank for retention first.
- Proper QC and issuance of premium collected.
- Proactive in handling claims with in TAT.
- Maintaining Hygiene
Preferred candidate profile :
- Post Graduation is mandatory
- Candidate must have minimum 6 years of team handling experience in Banca Channel of General Insurance Sales
