Key Responsibilities

Automation Testing

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.

- Design and implement automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Create and maintain reusable test assets and automation libraries.

- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

Performance Testing

- Define and implement Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) testing strategies for applications.

- Plan, execute, and analyze performance tests to evaluate system stability, scalability, and reliability.

- Conduct throughput, stress, load, endurance, and concurrency testing.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to optimize application performance.

- Prepare performance test reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure compliance with performance benchmarks.

Quality Assurance Process Improvement

- Participate in requirement reviews and test planning activities.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes.

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and testing methodologies.

- Support CI/CD integration of automated test suites.

- Provide timely updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.

Required Skills Qualifications

Technical Skills





- Proficiency in Java or Python.

- Strong experience with at least one automation framework/tool:

- Selenium with Java

- Robot Framework with Selenium WebDriver

- Cypress

- CodeceptJS

- Appium

- Postman

- Rest Assured

- Sound understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA processes.

- Experience in API, Web, and Mobile Application Testing.

Performance Testing Skills

- Proven experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT) and performance analysis.

- Hands-on expertise with performance testing tools such as:

- Apache JMeter

- LoadRunner

- LoadNinja

- WebLOAD

- Strong understanding of software performance metrics and system behavior under load.

- Ability to develop NFR test strategies and performance test plans.

Soft Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.

- Relevant certifications in QA Automation or Performance Testing are an added advantage.
