We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, billing, cost control, and coordination of site activities to ensure timely and quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Verify and certify contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain reconciliation reports.
- Prepare client billing and work progress reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project managers.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project planning.
- Maintain measurement books (MB),
site records, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at the project site.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying and site execution.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, estimation, and quantity take-off.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
