- Strong experience in sales and business development
- Experience in managing branches/teams and driving business targets
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan & LAP products
- Experience in handling DSA/connector channels preferred
- Candidates from Banks / NBFCs / Housing Finance companies preferred
- Robust market knowledge and customer acquisition skills

- Drive Home Loan & LAP business across the assigned cluster
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Develop DSA/connector relationships and expand the sourcing network
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets
