Job Summary:

IES University is looking for smart, energetic, proactive and result-oriented individuals for our Admissions & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes and educational centres for student outreach.
- Collect quality student/prospect data and generate admission leads.
- Promote IES University courses and admission opportunities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, teachers, counsellors and coaching institutes.
- Counsel students and parents and guide them through the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead and admission reports.
- Identify new opportunities and proactively develop new admission sources.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing qualification will be an advantage.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Smart, confident, proactive and self-motivated.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on results.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people.
- Candidates with experience in education sales, field marketing, admissions, counselling or business development will be preferred.
