Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Track actions, risks, issues, milestones, and dependencies.
- Prepare MOMs and follow up on open actions.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Track service requests and coordinate with technical/support teams.
- Support customer meetings, governance calls, and documentation.
- Highlight delays, risks, and pending actions proactively.
Must-Have:
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Project coordination and follow-up experience.
- Valuable Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking skills.
- Basic knowledge of OCI or any cloud platform.
