Job Description Objective

Drive digital growth across Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Listings, Pricing, Supply Chain coordination, and Digital Amplification for Torrents key categories - Wires, Switchgear, Switches - across Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Qcommerce, and upcoming D2C.

Key Responsibilities

Digital growth expert with strong experience in Amazon/Flipkart Sellers Hub, performance marketing across Search, Meta, and YouTube, and managing listings for technical products.

Overall

- Drive GMV growth across marketplaces and D2C while improving CVR, AOV, and funnel efficiency.
- Create and optimize high-quality listings (keywords, images, A+ content) for core categories.
- Own pricing strategy, benchmark competition, and execute seasonal promotion calendars.
- Forecast demand for fast-moving SKUs and improve fulfilment, packaging, and stock availability.
- Strengthen ratings and reviews by increasing velocity and closing the feedback loop.
- Execute performance marketing across Search, Meta,



and YouTube to drive ROAS and CAC efficiency.
- Enable regional and audience-based targeting to scale brand and category growth.
- Track performance through dashboards, A/B testing, and continuous competition analysis.

Experience and Qualification
- 10+ years in Electricals, Durables, FMCG, or Marketplace-led categories.
- MBA in Marketing. Solid experience with Amazon/Flipkart Sellers Hub. Experience managing listings for technical products.
