We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM / Sales Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud/C4C, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes.

The consultant will act as a process expert and work closely with business stakeholders, SAP/technical teams, and international business units to design, implement, and continuously improve CRM processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Process Solution Design

- Design and develop IT and business process concepts for the Lead-to-Order (L2O) process using SAP Sales Cloud/C4C.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Work closely with business teams, IT teams, and international stakeholders to align processes and solutions.
- Evaluate solution options and support the integration of SAP Sales Cloud with S/4HANA, customer master data, and material master data.
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement across business units.

Implementation Rollout

- Support and lead SAP Sales Cloud/C4C implementation and rollout activities.
- Validate SAP Sales Cloud functionality and coordinate testing, including pilot and user acceptance testing.
- Support deployment of new CRM processes and solutions.
- Prepare process documentation, operating guidelines, and rollout materials.
- Drive continuous improvement of CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Coordinate CRM rollouts with ongoing SAP S/4HANA projects.

Support Operations

- Provide functional support for SAP CRM/Sales Cloud during implementation and day-to-day operations.
- Analyze functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support changes and enhancements across CRM processes.




- Ensure stable and effective operation of CRM solutions.

Consulting Training

- Advise business users on CRM processes, solution design, and best practices.
- Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Work closely with business, IT, developers, and external service providers.
- Manage stakeholder communication across international teams and locations.

Required Experience Skills

- 6-12 years of overall experience in SAP CRM/Sales Cloud and SAP ERP.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM Sales Cloud / C4C.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes.
- Valuable understanding of Sales Service business processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP CRM implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
- Strong business requirement gathering and analysis skills.
- Good understanding of SAP Sales Cloud and S/4HANA integration.
- Knowledge of customer master data and material master data.
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with international/global teams.

Good to Have

- Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience.
- International SAP rollout experience.
- Experience with CRM integration and interfaces.
- Experience in user training and change management.
- Knowledge of cloud-based CRM solutions.

Education

- BE/BTech
- MCA
- MTech
- Business Informatics / Computer Science / Business Administration with IT specialization or equivalent qualification.
