Senior Manager - Revenue Cycle Training Quality

Location: All shifts work onsite in our Mysore , India office located at:3rd FLOOR, 828 and 829, Vijayanagara I Stage, Devaraja Mohalla Mysuru, Karnataka 570017.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, IST
The shift may rotate at times when mid-shift or night-shift teams have specific client KPI initiatives which require attention.

Senior Manager - Revenue Cycle Training Quality - Position Summary

As a Senior Manager - Revenue Cycle Training Quality, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of training, onboarding, quality auditing, and employee development initiatives across our global revenue cycle operations.

This role oversees Training and Quality teams supporting Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, Charge Entry, Patient Access, and other Revenue Cycle Management functions. You will partner closely with Operations, Human Resources, and senior leadership to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional performance while maintaining quality, compliance, and client service standards.

What You ll Do - Your Impact Matters





- Lead and develop Training and Quality teams across multiple Revenue Cycle Management functions.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding, training, and development programs for new and existing employees.
- Oversee quality audit programs, scorecards, calibration processes, and performance feedback initiatives.
- Partner with Operations and leadership teams to improve performance, accuracy, productivity, and client outcomes.
- Analyze quality trends, training effectiveness, and operational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, job aids, and learning resources that support operational excellence.
- Support candidate assessments, technical interviews, onboarding initiatives, and workforce readiness programs.
- Lead quality improvement projects, compliance initiatives, and special projects that support organizational growth.

What You Bring to the Table

- Bachelors degree required; healthcare, business, finance, education, or related fields preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, including AR Follow-up, denials management, payment posting, charge entry, patient access, collections, or related functions.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in training, mentoring, quality auditing, performance improvement, or people leadership.
- Experience leading trainers, Quality Auditors, onboarding programs, or performance support teams.




- Experience building fresher training programs or training programs for large new-hire training batches.
- Experience creating audit tools and taining materials including re-design of training SOPs to enhance experienced team members performance.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management workflows, including Eligibility Verification, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Refunds, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, and Patient Access.
- Understanding of CPT, ICD-9/10, HCPCS codes, payer guidelines, denial management, and professional billing processes.
- Experience developing training materials, SOPs, audit tools, quality scorecards, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.
