Location: All shifts work onsite in our Mysore , India office located at:3rd FLOOR, 828 and 829, Vijayanagara I Stage, Devaraja Mohalla Mysuru, Karnataka 570017.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, IST
The shift may rotate at times when mid-shift or night-shift teams have specific client KPI initiatives which require attention.

Process Trainer - US Revenue Cycle Medical Claims - Position Summary

As a Process Trainer - Revenue Cycle, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs that prepare employees to excel in healthcare revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering refresher training, supporting process readiness initiatives, and reinforcing performance improvement efforts across our global Revenue Cycle Management teams. You will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Human Resources, and leadership teams to ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to achieve quality, productivity, compliance, and client service expectations. What You ll Do - Your Impact Matters
- Design and deliver training programs for new hires, freshers, and experienced employees across revenue cycle functions.
- Train employees on end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes, workflows, systems,
and performance standards.
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, job aids, process documentation, assessments, and learning resources
- Facilitate onboarding, nesting, refresher training, retraining, and post-go-live coaching programs.
- Conduct trainee assessments, certifications, mock exercises, and knowledge evaluations to ensure production readiness.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and subject matter experts to maintain accurate and effective training content.
- Analyze quality results, denial trends, process gaps, and performance metrics to identify training opportunities.
- Support implementation of new clients, systems, payer updates, workflows, and operational changes through training initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness, trainee progress, assessment scores, and learning outcomes.
- Assist with technical candidate assessments, interviews, onboarding coordination, and workforce readiness initiatives.
- Provide recommendations and coaching plans to improve employee performance, quality, and process adherence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance training effectiveness and operational excellence.h.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelors degree required; healthcare, business, finance, education, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle operations experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, mentoring, coaching, employee development, or knowledge transfer roles.
- Experience training freshers, onboarding current hires,
or supporting large training batches preferred.
- Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes, including Eligibility Verification, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Refunds, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, and basic Coding concepts.
- Knowledge of payer types, denial management, quality standards, HIPAA requirements, and healthcare reimbursement workflows.
- Experience developing training materials, SOPs, assessments, process documentation, and job aids.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and train employees with varying experience levels and learning styles.
- Experience conducting technical assessments, knowledge evaluations, or candidate interviews preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
