Must-Have Skills:

- Solid experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, MVC

- Deep understanding of AWS services - Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools - Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform

- SAFe Agile Certified (SA, SPC) - must have

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer

- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and technical team leadership

- Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus

- Experience working in distributed and global team environments

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across .NET + AWS stack

- Oversee full SDLC - planning,



design, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum Masters to drive Agile delivery

- Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles - PI planning, system demos, Scrum of Scrums

- Review and contribute to cloud-native solution architectures

- Ensure secure coding, code quality, and CI/CD best practices

- Drive technical discussions, remove blockers, and promote engineering excellence

- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

- Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React)

- Deep involvement in cross-functional product strategy and execution
