- Perform microbial limit tests (MLT), sterility tests, endotoxin tests (LAL), and bioburden tests.
- Conduct sampling in production, filling, and sterile areas (air monitoring, surface swabs, personnel monitoring).
- Perform sampling and testing of potable and purified water.
- Prepare media, reagents, and perform growth promotion tests; operate and calibrate autoclaves, LAF, and incubators.
- Maintain records in compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Assist in Out of Specification (OOS) investigations, deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
