- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our HR team at ITM Group of Institutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical)
- Oversee leave, attendance, and payroll management
- Administer bonuses, salary advances, and full & final settlements
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback
- Support performance appraisal and employee development
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
- Build solid employee relations and liaise with department heads
