Position: Manager - Talent Acquisition

Work Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the organization's recruitment strategy to attract and hire high-quality talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, corporate functions, and leadership roles. This role partners with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure timely hiring to support business growth in a fast-paced Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.

Qualifications

- Masters degree in Human Resources (MBA/MHRM/PGDM)

Experience

- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.




- Experience hiring for engineering, manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, defence, industrial, automotive, semiconductor, or EMS organizations.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of technical recruitment in engineering and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of EMS industry talent requirements.
- Expertise in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
