Job Description Objective

Develop strategies and implement plans to grow wires and FMEG categories from ground-up, drive sales across B2B B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires FMEG business.

Overall

- Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography.
- Responsible for driving market programs - trade schemes, influencer engagement, etc.; and market shares.
- Appointing the Distributors, and Sub Dealers/Retailers under Distributors.
- Responsible for ensuring trade discipline, mix delivery and distribution metrics.
- Lead territory teams and ensure market discipline, coverage norms and administration.
- Build steadfast relationships with trade, influencers, contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline,



coverage norms and administration.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in supply chain and manage sales logistics.
- Monitor attrition and support in recruitment of Territory Managers (TM).

Experience and Qualification
- 10+ years in Wires/FMEG Sales
- Bachelors degree - any discipline; Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PGDM/PGP) preferred
