Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring testing processes, managing key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management, and fostering collaboration among multiple teams to maintain consistent quality outcomes.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber




- Experience in Backend testing with APIs Microservices
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot Spring
- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Robust scripting/programming skills in Java Python
- Working experience with SQL and UNIX
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity, code quality, and testing efficiency
Professional Technical Skills:
- Experience in building test automation frameworks
- Experience working in a cloud environment
- Experience with cloud databases such as Azure SQL PostgreSQL
- Experience in Banking Financial Markets
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to identify potential quality risks and areas for improvement.
- Experience in defining and tracking key quality metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness and product quality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing within agile environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
