Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor activity levels, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale building construction projects.
