Role & responsibilities :

- Configure, deploy, and maintain MES applications for automotive manufacturing processes.
- Support MES modules related to production execution, quality management, traceability, genealogy, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and IT teams to ensure smooth MES operations.

System Integration

- Integrate MES with ERP, PLC, SCADA, WMS, and other manufacturing systems.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between shop-floor equipment and MES applications.
- Support data collection, machine connectivity, and real-time production reporting.

Process Improvement

- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using MES data and analytics.
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, downtime, scrap rate, cycle time, and production efficiency.





Quality & Compliance

- Ensure complete product traceability and genealogy across manufacturing operations.
- Support compliance with automotive standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready records and documentation within MES systems.

Project Management

- Participate in MES implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.

User Training & Support

- Train production and quality teams on MES functionalities.
- Provide technical support and user guidance during production operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring system issues.
