Job Description

The Manager (Finance) will be responsible for supporting on financial integrity, transparency, and compliance across the company. The role entails managing financial reporting, statutory and internal audit, accounting processes and controls and taxation. The role will serve as the financial custodian ensuring timely and accurate closure of books, adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS), and robust governance.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Financial Reporting and governance of accounting process/ controls
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts as per Ind AS and corporate policies.
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements for management and statutory purposes.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors,



and tax consultants to ensure smooth audits and compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST provisions.
- Ensure all accounting entries and reconciliations (GL, vendor, customer, inter-company) are timely and accurate.
- Oversee fixed assets accounting and capitalization across all manufacturing units.

B. Support other functions
- Act as first point of contact for other functions on all accountings/ financial reporting matters within the organisation (sales/ purchases/ manufacturing plants, etc)
- Support other sub-functions within finance team (FP&A;/ Legal and compliance/ Taxation)
- Develop dashboards and MIS for timely decision-making at corporate and plant levels.

C. Controls, Systems & Governance
- Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and ensure operating effectiveness across locations.

D. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead a team of 2-4 team members
