Responsibilities
Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D; projects
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teams
Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIs
Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygiene
Flag delays or blockers and support mitigation efforts
Collaborate with R&D; Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities
Support process improvements and standardization within the R&D; Operations team
Requirements
~5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D; environment
~ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
~ Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
~ Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker)
~ Robust communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
~ Self-driven, structured, and dependable
~ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
