Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Staffing to develop new client relationships, open recent accounts, and drive revenue growth.

This is a hunter-focused sales role for someone who knows how to prospect, get in front of hiring managers and decision-makers, uncover IT staffing needs, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within IT staffing, technology staffing, qualified services, recruiting, or IT services, and has a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline and close new business.

You will own the sales process from initial outreach through client acquisition and account development while partnering closely with our recruiting and delivery teams to successfully fill client requirements.





What You'll Do
- Develop new IT staffing clients and accounts through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and in-person prospecting
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and staffing opportunities
- Identify organizations with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire IT staffing needs
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, IT leaders, HR/Talent Acquisition, procurement, MSP/VMS stakeholders, and other decision-makers
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients technology environments, hiring plans, skill requirements, and staffing challenges
- Present staffing solutions and position the company as a trusted technology talent partner
- Negotiate staffing agreements, bill rates, markups, terms, and client expectations
- Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to communicate requirements and ensure strong candidate delivery
